GLO 6: Self-Management
Self-management
is learning about your own feelings and emotions, understanding how and why
they happen, recognising them (and those of others), and developing effective
ways of managing them.
Self-management
relates to a mixture of activities that concentrate on how as an individual we
can handle their work and their personal lives. It includes developing personal
productivity abilities to handle both time and other obligations.
Here,
at Deakin, this assignment has provided me with an opportunity for
self-assessment wherein I have been able to evaluate myself based on my
previous experiences as a student of architecture and now as a student of
Master of Construction Management (Professional). it has also helped me analyse
my strengths and weaknesses which can help me understand and develop myself in
the near future.
