GLO 4: Critical Thinking

Critical thinking implies collecting all the facts needed to explore a situation, considering alternatives to an issue, and receiving feedback from others. it is very important to be aware of issues and flaws and think about creative and improved methods to address them.

Opportunity to develop this skill was given as a part of the Unit- Strategic Construction procurement. the first assignment involved critically analyzing 3 research papers written by scholars and discuss their work based on our knowledge. the topic chosen by me for the research papers was- Public-Private Partnership (PPP) procurement method. Critically analyzing the work of eminent professionals from our field, on the basis of the limited knowledge was very difficult, but this pushed me to research more about the given subject and develop my knowledge to a level to be able to discuss their work efficiently.
